Job summary

Applied ABC, a clinician-owned ABA therapy provider delivering in-home and in-center services to children with autism, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician who will work directly in homes under BCBA supervision.

This role requires a BA in a related field or current undergraduate study, a valid RBT certification, and at least one year of ABA experience; weekday and weekend availability is preferred to support families.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
