Job summary

ABA Classroom in Lahaina is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children and youth with autism under BCBA supervision. You will apply Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching, document meaningful data, and follow individualized treatment plans.

The clinic emphasizes mentorship, coaching, and professional growth within a supportive team. Ideal candidates hold a current RBT credential, are 18+, and have reliable transportation.

ABA Classroom is an established pediatric ABA clinic in Lahaina where RBTs can build a career, not just work a job. We combine high professional standards with science-based teaching, experienced mentorship, and a focus on measurable progress for every learner.

Our RBTs work 1:1 with children and youth with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis, Precision Teaching, meaningful data, and individualized treatment plans under experienced BCBA supervision. You'll have opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills, receive ongoing coaching, and grow into greater responsibility as you develop.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians who take their work seriously and want to continue growing professionally. Our RBTs work 1:1 with learners using Applied Behavior Analysis, Precision Teaching, meaningful data, and individualized treatment plans under experienced BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Current RBT credential
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or progress toward a bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Growth

• $30–$33/hour for qualified RBTs
• Weekly pay
