Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Woodbine, IA. Become part of a clinical team delivering evidence-based interventions to foster independence and positive behavior.

The role offers part-time opportunities with same-day pay options and pathways for fellowship or internship hours. No long-term minimum case requirements, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
