Heartland Behavior seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support independence, and implement skill-building plans in clients' homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
