Job summary

Hope Autism Clinic in Gallatin, TN is seeking a BT/RBT to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA principles. You will teach, model and reinforce communication and early learning skills in a clinical setting.

You'll collaborate with a compassionate team, track session data, and communicate progress to families. Paid training opportunities are available; must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and clear background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Hope Autism Clinic to teach children with ASD using ABA.
• Effectively communicate with families/guardians about their child's progress.
• Work with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.
