Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, one-to-one ABA therapy in Sicklerville, NJ. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities
