BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, using evidence-based strategies to promote independence and positive behavior.

This part-time position offers paid training, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA programs, with a supportive clinical team and a pathway to accumulate the required supervised hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans with fidelity.
• Record session data accurately on electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
