BK Behavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individualized goals through evidence-based ABA therapy. You will work in client homes or community settings. Part-time opportunities are available, with paid training and pathways for professional growth.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA services, recording data, and collaborating with a clinical team to implement plans focused on client progress and family engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
