Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for a full-time role in Downingtown, PA. Starting rates are $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Paid training and a clear path for advancement are offered, including ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the RBT exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics or other settings as needed.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members and families.
