Job summary

ABS Kids in Concord, NH is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using ABA therapy. Whether you’re entry-level or seasoned, you’ll provide one-on-one support and collect progress data while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

This role offers part-time shifts 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, with a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs, an hourly $18–$24 range, on-the-job RBT training, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) match. Join a team dedicated to brighter futures for kids.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children (or adults) with special needs.
• A heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play and learn ABA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child while using play and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress during sessions.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder in a safe environment.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills and daily living tasks.
• Move to assist and engage with clients as needed during activities.
