Job summary
Hopebridge in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans, track progress, and help children acquire new skills in a supportive clinical setting.

Responsibilities
- Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
- Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
- Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
- Work with children to develop communication and social skills
- Celebrate victories and milestones with families
