Job summary

Ivy ABA in Canton, MI, part of the Ivy Health Network, is seeking a Behavior Technician to support our ABA program. This full-time role (Mon-Fri) involves assisting with documentation, billing, and delivering interventions under the direction of a BCBA, helping children and families learn new skills with evidence-based therapy.

You will collaborate with clinicians and families, communicate professionally with teammates, and benefit from a rewarding environment with opportunities to obtain RBT

Qualifications

• Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain through supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under BCBA direction.
• Support clinicians and help families learn new skills and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients.
• Contribute to data collection and progress notes as part of the ABA program.
