Job summary

Ivy Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our pediatric ABA program in Michigan.

You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed BCBA, helping children and families learn new skills through evidence-based therapy. You will support clinicians, communicate professionally with families and teammates, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities
