Job summary

Ivy ABA in Canton, MI, part of the Ivy Health Network, is seeking a Behavior Technician to support our ABA program. This full-time role (Mon-Fri) involves assisting with documentation, billing, and delivering interventions under the direction of a BCBA, helping children and families learn new skills with evidence-based therapy.

You will collaborate with clinicians and families, communicate professionally with teammates, and benefit from a rewarding environment with opportunities to obtain RBT

Qualifications

• Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain through supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Position Summary:

As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques with therapy that is most effective for autism. Effectively communicate and develop professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. Position Qualifications:

• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is focused on clients and the team while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
