You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or higher required; RBT certification to be completed within 20 days of hire.
• Paid RBT certification offered; full-time schedule with daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work via provided videos.
