Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma required
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children 18 months to 8 years
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect data
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, and activities
• Maintain safe, organized therapy space
• Collaborate with team to support child growth
