Action Behavior Centers in Plainfield, IL is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The role offers predictable daytime hours, with potential Saturday shifts based on patient needs, and immediate start dates.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a supportive team to foster growth in each child. RBT certification is required and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (certification must be current).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
