Verbal Beginnings is a leading ABA therapy provider serving children diagnosed with autism. We train staff and support growth in a collaborative environment.

We are hiring an ABA Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 3-5 days per week, 2-3 hours per day, often after school, in the child’s home, community, or school. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $32.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Patience, compassion and a desire to help children with autism.
• Ability to drive and reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40-Hour RBT course or ability to provide proof; Verbal Beginnings offers the course.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills.
• Collect and record data to monitor progress and update plans with supervisor guidance.
