Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician in Irving, TX to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will implement treatment plans, track progress, and support families in a fast-paced clinic setting.

This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays, competitive hourly pay based on education and ABA experience, and opportunities for growth into administration or BCBA paths.

Qualifications

• Must have Active RBT Certification.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
