Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, following BCBA-built treatment plans and recording progress for each session.

The role offers flexible schedules, paid training and certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement. A HS diploma, willingness to travel locally, and passing a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour RBT course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy or child work experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
