Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Plainsboro/Princeton/East Windsor NJ area team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under supervision of a BCBA, collect progress data, and support families to maximize child outcomes.

Requirements include a 40-hour RBT course and a high school diploma; background check and reliable transportation are required. Local travel is expected; we offer flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour RBT course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
