Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement behaviour intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client progress and behaviour.
• Assist with patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Utilise applied behaviour analysis techniques to promote positive behaviours.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify behaviour plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations with all RBT duties.
