Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA. You will teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, while maintaining safety and compassion throughout daily activities.

The role requires patience, teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing training. Compensation ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with opportunities for growth within a structured

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• RBT Certification required within onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one sessions with children.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
• Contribute to a supportive, team-based work environment.
