Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Clarinda, IA seeks a Child Autism Support Professional (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community sites. This role starts part-time, with opportunities for growth within a thriving ABA team.

You will contribute to skill-building plans, document data electronically, and support families, while maintaining a calm, patient demeanor and a genuine commitment to helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
