Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Harlan, IA. You will join a clinical team delivering skill-building and care plans, recording session data with electronic devices, and supporting families to promote positive outcomes.

Position starts part-time with paid training and opportunities for advancement within the ABA field, including BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
