Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is actively seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Clarinda, IA. The role offers part-time hours with a 6-month commitment and paid training to new staff.

We welcome individuals passionate about supporting children with Autism and helping families achieve meaningful goals. RBT certification is required before starting, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
