Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours. The pay ranges from $20 to $28 per hour and positions are available both part-time and full-time, with in-home 1:1 therapy for children with Autism.

Qualifications include RBT certification, a valid driver’s license, and experience with Autism; strong communication with families; background check required; PTO for part-timers; supportive team and flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21.
