Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours to support children with Autism. Pay ranges from $20 to $28 per hour, with both part-time and full-time positions open.

Work is in-home 1:1 therapy, providing flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment. You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and coordinate with supervisors and families to ensure consistent progress.

Formación

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Excellent communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
