Job summary

The Behavior Pros, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Tennessee to join our ABA team. You will deliver direct 1:1 and small group therapy under a BCBA, support clients’ communication, social and daily living skills, and help implement plans with precision.

We offer extensive paid training, a clear path for growth, ongoing supervision from BCBAs, and a collaborative culture designed to support both clients and staff as you develop professionally in the field of ABA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
• The ability to remain calm, objective, and professional in crisis situations.
• Must pass a criminal history background check.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and respond quickly to ensure client safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy for clients to improve communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Diligently implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Accurately collect, record, and graph session data using digital tools and software.
• Assist the BCBA with preparing client materials and conducting stimulus preference assessments.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and confidential environment for all clients.
• Effectively communicate with parents, caregivers, and fellow team members.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities.
