Little Champs ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our locally owned team. You will provide ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings, under supervision.

This role emphasizes fun, engagement, and skill-building, with data collection, session notes, and ongoing trainings. Competitive hourly wages and benefits including PTO and supervisor support are offered.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or transcripts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and the community.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes for BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.
