Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in home, school, and community settings with high-quality ABA therapy under supervision. You will help learners gain essential life skills and collect data to inform BCBAs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write session notes to inform decisions by BCBAs.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in ongoing trainings.
