Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism in Memphis, TN. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related coursework helpful.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.
• Able to work the posted schedule and perform essential functions.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
