Job summary

Cedar Tree ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Cedar City, UT 84720. Salary range reported: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, with a $200 sign-on bonus. This is a Full-time, Part-time, Contract or Temporary position.

You will implement ABA therapy plans created by our BCBA team, support children with autism and related disabilities, and work within a collaborative, supportive environment. Bring dedication, reliability, and a patient, compassionate approach to each session.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Ability to follow detailed therapy protocols and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs with guidance and supervision
• Prepare for each therapy session by reviewing client files and materials
• Arrive on time and interact with clients as indicated in the treatment plan
• Establish and maintain a positive rapport with clients
• Implement intervention procedures per treatment plan and BCBA guidance
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
