Galaxy ABA Therapy in Appomattox, VA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy and track client progress.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, coordinating scheduling, and communicating progress with families.

Formación

• RBT credentials or certification as part of the role.
• Experience or ability to collect and record data for client progress.
• Strong communication and teamwork with BCBA supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA therapy services in clinic or home-based settings.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Assist with client scheduling, planning, and organization.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide feedback and support to families on client progress and goals.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client services and progress.
