Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA VA LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Manassas, VA team and support children with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will deliver evidence-based ABA interventions under clinical supervision, collect data, and help families achieve meaningful progress.

Ideal candidates have active RBT certification, 1+ year experience, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and travel to client locations as needed.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team.
• Passion for helping children and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering behavioral interventions to support communication, social skills, independence, and adaptive behaviors.
• Collaborating with BCBAs and the ABA team to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collecting and documenting data during sessions and communicating progress to the clinical team.
• Providing client-centered care in a positive, supportive environment that promotes growth.
• Following treatment plans and established protocols consistently.
