Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children who have ASD or developmental disabilities. Under BCBA guidance, you will implement behavior plans and help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

You’ll collect data, collaborate with families, and maintain accurate progress notes. This in-person, full- and part-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiar with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior plans and track progress with data.
• Assist in developing and maintaining treatment plans.
• Engage with families to ensure consistent ABA strategies.
• Maintain client progress documentation.
• Support daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
