Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Dickson, TN. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy with children in homes, clinics, or schools under BCBA supervision to support development and daily living skills.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience with children, and a passion for helping children with special needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completed 40-hour RBT training (Required).
• RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child\'s home/clinic/school setting.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
