You will work directly with children with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based treatment plans and ensuring their success.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
