Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Dickson, TN. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using ABA techniques under the supervision of a BCBA to support development and daily living skills.

The role is part-time, Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-3:00pm, with competitive pay and ongoing supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification. Must pass background checks and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed 40-hour RBT training.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in home/clinic/school settings.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
