Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated clinical team. We offer part-time positions with Same Day Pay and flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Work will occur in clients' homes or community settings, with paid training provided and opportunities to earn referral bonuses. You’ll record session data and collaborate with BCBA-supervised care plans to support children with Autism.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
