Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center is interviewing for full-time RBTs at our Gainesville/Flowery Branch location to join a dedicated ABA team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy in 1:1 or small groups, implementing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining precise progress records.

You will work under BCBA supervision, collaborate with families and professionals, and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines. Training and advancement are available as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• HS Diploma or GED; Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and assist patients.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and individualized treatment plans.
• Execute behavior reduction plans and behavior support plans with precision.
• Maintain accurate client records, data sheets, graphs and daily notes.
• Maintain a safe, clean and engaging environment for clients.
• Collaborate with families and professionals on progress and concerns.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines in all ABA interventions.
• Report incidents of abuse/neglect and help train others to recognize signs.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and families.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.
