Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children achieve their goals with evidence-based interventions.

As an RBT, you’ll work alongside a supportive clinical team, recording data and adjusting plans as needed. No prior experience required beyond certification; paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and flexible, part-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or expected.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA.
• Patience and compassion when supporting children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team implementing care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
