Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

As part of our clinical team, you will record session data, contribute to care plans, and collaborate with families. Paid training is provided; part-time hours and opportunities for advancement are available to dedicated individuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families
