Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient, and calm interaction while implementing evidence-based interventions and recording progress in a clinical team setting.

All positions start part-time with paid training and a commitment to a 6-month period. Work will be conducted in clients’ homes or community-based locations, with opportunities for referral bonuses and professional development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team and directly implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
