Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking caring RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision, recording session data and supporting families to achieve goals.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, a high school diploma, and a genuine passion for helping children with autism. Paid training is provided; positions start part-time with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Paid training is provided.
• Six-month commitment to change clients' lives.
• Positions start off part-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
