Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking licensed RBTs to join our dedicated clinical team providing one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, document progress, and engage with families to support independence and positive behaviors.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before starting work.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
