Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children achieve their goals with data-driven interventions.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and a supportive clinical team. RBT certification is required before starting, and you can grow professionally through our program and partnerships with BCBA schooling programs.
