Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is actively seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team and support clients in achieving their goals. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, with flexible part-time schedules and immediate access to earnings.

We offer paid training, referral bonuses, and pathways for BCBA schooling programs, plus a supportive team dedicated to client progress and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
