Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the ABA field. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior change.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Experience in home or community-based ABA settings is a plus.

Responsibilities
