Professional Therapy Solutions is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to join our team in Land O' Lakes, Florida. You'll provide in-home and community-based ABA services to individuals with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
• Experience working in a home setting.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience with children with developmental disabilities

Experience with behavior problems

Ability to implement treatment plans

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field

Registered Behavior Technician Certification (for RBTs)

Tools

BLS certification
